The story starts on a Saturday and during this part it is narrated. The narrated start explains the story, background and where the game begins. There are the bad guys like you would get in most games. The bad guys are called Razor and there is also the local police that you have to fight off. The police key your car at the start of the game which is very frustrating.

The story is not very creative and in this way it has been done millions of times before. Before starting a race the background is dramatically put into place forming a landscape that has cool, trendy graffiti and flashing Fight Club images. Although the game is not very creative the graphics are clever and advanced. EA have created a game that is very marketable and trendy.

It depends on the version that you purchase on the kind of technical visuals you will receive. On the PC, Game Cube and Xbox there is minimum flickering, but the PS2 version is not great. Of all the versions, it is the Xbox that displays the best visual elements. The vehicles all look very realistic and sharp. The streets seem to be wet even though they are not actually wet. Overall it is a clever game that is stimulating and fun.

There are three classifications of cars to be used in this NFS game: Tuner, Muscle, and Exotic. If they arent, the women of tomorrow wont be able to adequately function in our technologically changing society.
