A Third City Deed is earned by conquering wildernesses and looting Crests. These are extremely hard to find and only drop around 3 – 5% of the time. Collect the required number and turn them in for your deed.
A Fourth City deed was recently released, but it too required players to turn in the hard-to-find Crests for a Fourth City Deed. Along with that update came a wonderful update in the graphics and controversial changes to the marketplace.
